NetBeans 6.8 and Woodstock

I guess I was barking at the wrong tree over dropping support for VisualWeb (a.k.a. Woodstock) in NetBeans. It was dropped in the 6.8 release.

I missed the press-release that Sun endorsed ICEFaces as a replacement for Woodstock offerting this migration path. On April 2 2010, ICEsoft Technologies announced a beta-release of a plug-in for NetBeans 6.8. It is available for download here. The good thing is ICEFaces has good tool support and unlike Woodstock, you can use other IDEs with ICEFaces.

Have anyone tried if this plug-in works in NetBeans 6.9 builds?
